The XOC Edition 4870 is finally here. With an special Bios that allows you to overclock to your hearts content, the 4870 XOC Black Edition is the new Bad Boy on the block until next month when the 4870 X2 comes out. I can't talk too much about the card, but I defiantly had to show it to you guys, since I mentioned it the first day I started doing videos for Tiger.
