Logan sits down with Mike Lavacot from Intel to discuss what every CPU buyer craves, speed. The latest edition of the turbo boost technology launched this year allows your processor to literally increase its speed on the fly according to what you run. For example an i7 running at 3.0Ghz just idle on the desktop will shoot up to 3.5Ghz if you open a graphic intensive program. Not only will this new version of Turbo Boost increase your speed, but it will conserve power by sitting at its normal clock speed when nothing is opened.
